Seriously though we are a fun group! Tonight the workout will be led by Rich Kanak. I wont’t see you guys for a couple weeks cause I am leaving to go backpack through Yosemite! I will be doing hill sprints in your honor! 😛

Tonights Workout!

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout: 3-4 X 1200 with 400m jog recovery at 5k pace

Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
