Happy Wednesday Crew!

As most of you know I’m away the next two sessions; however, we have an awesome running coach, Eric Bofinger, who will be leading the workout!

Tonight’s Workout Courtesy of Mr. Bofinger!

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout:

  • 1600 (800m recovery)
  • 2 X 800 (400m recovery)
  • 4 X 400 (200m recovery)

Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile Easy
