Happy hump day BCRR!!!

Jimmy and I are on the same page with the heat and planned the same workout for the group runs this week!

Warm Up:

• 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout:

• 8-12 x 400 @ 5k pace effort (200m) recovery in between

Cool Down:

• .5 Mile – 1 Mile Easy + Yoga

See you guys tonight!
