Warm Up:
• 1 Mile Easy + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• 3 – 4 Sets of (800, 400) @ 10k Pace
• Recovery: 200m in between intervals and 400m in between sets
Cool Down:
• .5 – 1 Mile Easy
When & Where
When: Wednesdays at 5:45pm start with warm up and drills from June through October. See calendar for dates and times, in season and checkout the blog and Facebook group for the latest track workout post.

Just a note. The title is “Wednesday Workout” but under “When” it stated “Tuesday”. Most people won’t be confused but it is good to remove all ambiguities.
