I’m away this week in upstate NY so apologies for the delay in posting! But we have a fun workout on deck and Ally is going to be there cheering you guys on!!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• 4 X 400 @ 5k-10k Pace
• 10′ Tempo at HMRP
• 4 X 400 @ 5k-10k Pace
Recoveries:
• 200m in between the 400’s
• 400m after the 10′ tempo
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
