Any who, here is what is on the menu today! YAY!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: Ladder Workout @ 5k Pace
- 400, 600, 800, 1200, 800, 600, 400
- Recovery is 400m between all
- Optional: You could start out first part of ladder at 5k pace, then back half of ladder after the 1200 pick up the 800, 600, 400 at 5-10s faster than 5k pace
- Always remember it’s better to pick a pace that feels in control and is not running you, YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR PACE!
Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile & Yoga
