Here’s the low down for tomorrow’s sweaty workout! Cause ya’ll know it will be sweaty!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
• 4 – 6 X 800m at 10k/5k Pace
• Recovery 200-400m
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
