Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout:
- 2000m (400m recovery) at Half Marathon Pace
- 1600m (400m recovery) at 10k Pace
- 1200m (400m recovery) at 5k-10k Pace
Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile Easy + Yoga
