Wednesday Wildness! T.R.A.C.K!!!

Inspired by the start of fall marathon racing! 😉

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout:

  • 2000m (400m recovery) at Half Marathon Pace
  • 1600m (400m recovery) at 10k Pace
  • 1200m (400m recovery) at 5k-10k Pace

Cool Down: .5 – 1 Mile Easy + Yoga

REMINDER FOR NEXT WEEK:

BCRR Club social immediately following the track workout next Wednesday September 19th at 7:30 p.m. Free pizza, salad and soft drinks for all club members and their guests. (Potential members) Tre Fratelli Restaurant. B&B Beverage (Andy Jarin) and Advanced Sports Chiropractic will be providing malt beverages. Please join us!
