Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
- 2 X 6 minutes (2′ Recovery) @ Tempo pace – Think comfortably hard pace, roughly 10k pace – Half Marathon Pace. You are still running aerobically, so you shouldn’t feel burning in your legs and dead at the end. Pleasantly tired though 🙂 I’ll be timing ya too!
- 6 x 400m (200m recovery) @ 5K pace
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
