It’s a beautiful day today!!! YAY!

It’s still hot out there, so be sure to be smart and continue hydrating all day and bring water with you as well!

Today’s workout:

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout:

  • 2 X 6 minutes (2′ Recovery) @ Tempo pace – Think comfortably hard pace, roughly 10k pace – Half Marathon Pace. You are still running aerobically, so you shouldn’t feel burning in your legs and dead at the end. Pleasantly tired though 🙂 I’ll be timing ya too! 
  • 6 x 400m (200m recovery) @ 5K pace

Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
