Today was glorious, so I am prayingggg really hard we get another day of lower humidity and temps tomorrow!!
If fat chance we don’t I’m giving you two options for workouts.
Here we go!
Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout Option #1:
• 3 – 5 X 1000m at 10k/5k Pace Effort
• Recovery 400m
Workout Option #2: (Broken Down 1000’s)
• 3-5 Sets of (400, 200, 400) at 10k/5K Pace Effort
• Recovery 200m between intervals; 200-400m between sets
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
