Wednesday Workout Details!

Happy Tuesday Eve BCRR!

So how about this humidity? It’s pretty awesome right? – Said no one EVER (Well maybe some people dig it!)

Any who you all are badasses and train through all types of weather, so I can’t wait to see you tomorrow! Be sure to continue to hydrate and replenish electrolytes!

What’s on the menu? See below 🙂

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout:

• 1200m @ 10k pace – 400m active recovery

• 2-3 Sets of 600, 400, 200 @ 5k Pace with a 200 active recovery

Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga

Oh and why a pineapple, well because…

A.) It looked cool and you all are cool

B.) Did you know pineapples are high in bromelain and bromelain is great for digestive issues andddd it’s great it you have inflammation in yo’ body!
