Hope everyone had a great day! Not sure if you have heard, but this really cool guy named Johnny King Marino is having a race this Father’s Day weekend and if you haven’t signed up you best be getting your butt to do so, plus who doesn’t want to hang out with a bunch of other cool dads and eat Pancakes?! I’m just saying…GOOD FREAKING TIMES!! 🙂

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: Accelerating 300’s
• 3-4 Sets (4 X 300m)
• 1st Set 10k Pace
• 2nd Set Slightly Faster Than 10k Pace
• 3rd Set 5k Pace
• 4th Set Slightly Faster than 5k Pace
*Focus on pacing!! Don’t start out too fast!
*Recovery: 100m walk/jog
Cool down: .5 – 1 mile easy + Yoga Stretch
