Wednesday Workout!!

Hey team!!

Sorry I didn’t post the initial workout here for the “Wing It Wednesday” first session! However, you will find them here weekly along with FB!

Without further adieu…the workout!

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout: 2-4 X (800, 400) @ 10k Pace

  • Recovery Jog – 200 between intervals and 400m between sets if necessary.

Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga

Location – George School in Newtown

See ya guys tonight at 5:45 for warm up & drills then start the workout by 6!!
