Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: 2-4 X (800, 400) @ 10k Pace
- Recovery Jog – 200 between intervals and 400m between sets if necessary.
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
Location – George School in Newtown
