What a race today huh?? Couldn’t be happier for American running and Des Linden! Pure heart!! Congratulations to all the BCRR runners out there testing their hearts and limits too!!

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders
Workout: 1-2 Sets of 4 x 600 with 200 rest in between reps and 400 jog between sets (5k Pace)
Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile + Yoga
