Happy Hump Day!

Looks like you guys had a fantastic workout last Wednesday!

HIGH FIVES & HUGS TO YOU ALL FROM MV!

I am still away so the awesome Eric B will be leading again!

Workout on Deck Is….

Warm Up: 1 Mile + Drills & Striders

Workout:

3 X 1000 (5k Pace) 200m recovery

5 X 300m (Faster Than 5k Pace) 100m recovery

Cool Down: .5 Mile – 1 Mile Easy

Don’t get jealous of my Goat Yoga Adventures!! HAHA!

Ps. They have Goat Yoga in Quakertown and I am down to go if anyone else wants toooooo!
