Winter Series Update

December 18, 2020 By Tyler Murphy

Recently, Governor Wolf has put forth more protective measures limiting the number of persons gathering outdoors to fifty.   These protective measures went into effect on December 12, 2020 and remain in effect until January 4, 2021.

In response to these mitigating efforts by the state, our board met last evening and decided to push back the start of the Winter Series until January 10, 2021.  At this time we are still hoping to be able to offer our members a series of 8 races, and to that end are developing contingency plans in case the mitigation efforts are extended further.

We plan to have more information to you before the start of the new year.

Great decision. Hopefully the protective measure is not extended.
